Our Philosophy at Lima More than just a restaurant, Lima is a gathering place where Nikkei cuisine becomes a bridge to share special moments. We believe in the power of food to create memories, which is why we focus not only on o ering exceptional cuisine but also on fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages celebration and human connection.
Design & Ambiance From the very beginning, we wanted the Nikkei experience at Lima to go beyond just gastronomy. Thanks to the vision of our architect, Teo Shilton, we achieved a design that stimulates all the senses, combining materials, colors, and sounds to immerse our guests in a truly unique atmosphere. Plants play a central role in all our locations, bringing freshness and vibrancy to each space. There is also a phrase that always accompanies us: "Muy bonito el bailecito", an expression our grandfather Paco would say at the end of a special day—whether at work, with friends, or with family. Today, those words reflect Lima’s spirit: a place where every gathering leaves a lasting impression.
